 一、产品性能介绍：                                   

 MJB木洁宝-胶合板专用防霉剂属内吸抗雨水流失型浓缩防霉剂.能在水中或树脂胶（脲醛胶，酚醛胶，三聚氰胺胶 木胶粉溶解后的胶液）中迅速溶解分散.其高分子活性成分能迅速通过胶液扩散渗透至木材纤维组织中.不仅能防止胶合板内部产生蓝变.还能触杀胶合板表面霉菌，本品对多种曲霉、木霉和青霉有很强的杀灭作用，对防止蓝变菌生长有明显效果，是胶合板，细木工，贴面板等人造板材的理想防霉剂。

二：主要成分：烷基胺化合物（Ammoniacal Copper）和（Chlorothalonil CTL）的混合物；分散剂；表面活性剂等不含甲醛，磷，氮，铅，汞，砷，苯等有毒有害物质。

三、执行标准：国家标准GB18582-2001

四、使用方法：常规使用胶水添加法和涂刷法以及喷雾法

1、胶水添加法建议使用浓度为胶水的2%-3% 使用时直接将胶合板专用防霉剂按（和好面粉后）胶水总量的2%-3%进行添加搅拌即可

2、涂刷法建议使用浓度为6%-8% 涂刷面积20-30平方/KG。也可使用海绵滚筒或涂胶机械进行，建议涂布量为30-35平方/ KG

3、喷雾器喷雾时请移至室外通风处操作，喷雾使用浓度为7%-9%，建议喷雾面积25-35平方/ KG

4、如重点针对局部四个侧面进行防霉处理则建议将胶合板打好摞叠整齐后进行统一涂刷或喷雾处理，待晾干（视气温温度）1-4小时后即可进行打包包装。

五、 注意事项：

1、本药剂对鱼类和贝类有影响，注意用完后不要随意乱倒

2、必须带橡胶手套、保护镜、口罩等保护用具，要注意对人体的影响

3、粘到皮肤后应及时用肥皂和清水清洗

4、碰到眼睛上立即用大量的自来水清洗干净
